The early morning air is unseasonably warm.

Fresh peppermint tea wakes me up with the sky.

One slow exhalation.

Back inside to stretch.

Squats, push-ups, bicycle crunches, 60-second plank.

Move into child’s pose, deep summer sigh.

Then reach like a wildflower drenched in morning dew.
